By vote of the Association, Duquesne University School of Law
was admitted to membership in the AALS.

The amendment to the Articles of Association that had been
proposed by the Special Committee on Graduate Instruction, for which
notices had been distributed in the fall and which was published in
the program for the meeting, was tabled, during the General Session of
December 28th, with the general understanding that the subject would
again be discussed at the 1965 Annual Meeting.

The Annual Meeting for 1965 will be held at the Edgewater Beach
Hotel in Chicago on December 28-30, 1965. Any suggestions for improving
the program and service will be welcomed.
