Cosmas Phillips, QC, the Hon. Keith M. Ford has been appointed Attorney-General and Minister of Legal Affairs of Antigua. Mr. J. B. Piggot, CBE, has been appointed Chairman of the Law Reform Commission of Tasmania following the resignation of Mr. C. Brettingham-Moore. Mr. W. H. Goudie, MC, has been re- appointed Deputy Chairman and Executive Director of the Commission. The Hon. Sir Vijay Singh has been replaced as Attorney-General by the Hon. Sir John Falvey, KBE, QC. Following the recent change of Government, the Hon. Shri Shyam Nath Kacker has been appointed Minister of Law, Justice and Company Affairs and the Hon. Shri Lal Narain Sinha has been appointed as the Attorney-General. The Hon. J. Brincat, MP, has been appointed Minister of Justice, Lands, Housing and Parliamentary Affairs in the place of the Hon. J. Cassar, MP, who has been appointed Minister of Finance. The Hon. Winston Cenac, QC, has been appointed as the Attorney- General and Minister of Legal Affairs. The Hon. Earle Seaton has been appointed Chief Justice of Seychelles. On the appointment of the Hon. F. M. Minah as Minister of Finance, the Hon. A. B. Kamara has been appointed Attorney- General and Minister of Justice in his place. The Hon. R. L. Wood has been appointed Attorney-General of Tuvalu.
