    * Author Rahn Kennedy Bailey, M.D., D.F.A.P.A., ACP serves as Assistant
Dean  of Clinical Education at Charles R. Drew University and Chief Medical
Officer of Kedren Health Systems Inc. Dr. Bailey received his medical degree
from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He completed his
residency training in psychiatry at the University of Texas at Houston. In 1995,
he completed a fellowship in forensic psychiatry at Yale University. Dr. Bai-
ley's career has centered around community outreach. Throughout his career,
Dr. Bailey has worked with underserved and minority populations. He has 54
publications that address healthcare disparities including the books A Doctor's
Prescription for Healthcare Reform and At Gunpoint.
    Adrienne M. Saldana received her Medical Degree and Master of Science
from Saba University School of Medicine, Netherland Antilles. She has been
working as a volunteer research extern for Rahn Kennedy Bailey, M.D. since
June 2019. Adrienne has coauthored three peer-reviewed articles soon to be
published. She will start her psychiatry residency training this July 1, 2020 at
Brookdale University Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
    Andrea M.  Saldana received her Medical Degree and Master of Science
from Saba University School of Medicine, Netherland Antilles. She has been
working as a volunteer research extern for Rahn Kennedy Bailey, M.D. since
June 2019 while pursuing a residency training program in psychiatry. With the
guidance of her mentor, Dr. Bailey, Andrea has written peer-reviewed articles
for both medical and law journals, assisted in writing a book chapter and news-
letter, and assisted in creating PowerPoint presentations. She is also involved as
a professional consultant on forensic psychiatry cases. She will start her psychi-
atry residency training in July 2020 at Brookdale University Medical Center in
Brooklyn, N.Y.
