In conjunction with his presentation, he has graciously allowed the journal to republish his expert opinion regarding the Armenian and Azerbaijani conflict and whether the blockage of the Lachin Corridor by Azerbaijan constitutes an act of genocide under the Genocide Convention, which he had published just prior to the symposium. 1595
