              CERTIORARI-SUMMARY DISPOSITIONS

  No. 15-5970. Larry Lavonne Berry, Petitioner v. United States. On
petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for
the Fourth Circuit. Motion of petitioner for leave to proceed in forma
pauperis and petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment vacated,
and case remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the
Fourth Circuit for further consideration in light of Johnson v. United
States, 576 U. S. - (2015).
  No. 15-5984. Shawn Caldwell, Petitioner v. United States. On peti-
tion for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for
the Sixth Circuit. Motion of petitioner for leave to proceed in forma
pauperis and petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment vacated,
and case remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth
Circuit for further consideration in light of Johnson v. United States,
576 U. S. - (2015).

                   ORDERS IN PENDING CASES

  No. 15A137. Moones Mellouli, Applicant v. Loretta E. Lynch, Attor-
ney General. Joint motion to vacate the Court's order of August 21,
2015, granting the application for stay granted. The stay of proceedings
heretofore issued by the Court on August 21, 2015, is hereby vacated.
  No. 15M41. Ronald Rafferty, Petitioner v. United States. Motion for
leave to proceed as a veteran denied.
  No. 15M42. Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Petitioner
v. Federal Trade Commission. Motion for leave to file a petition for
writ of certiorari with supplemental appendix under seal granted.
  No. 15M43. Douglas L. Prestidge, Petitioner v. United States. Mo-
tion for leave to proceed as a veteran denied.
