     Anna T. Smyke, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at
Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana and a faculty
member of the Institute of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health. Ms. Smyke
presented The Mental Health Implications of Parental Incarceration for Children
at the 2017 Loyola Law Review Symposium.
     Letia 0. Bailey, LCSW is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at
Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana and a faculty
member of the Institute of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health.
