I. INTRODUCTION
The COVID-19 pandemic has made one thing clear: Nobody on
this planet is safe until everyone is safe.I Many nations recognize the
need for solidarity in this crisis, and it is clear that the Global North
simply cannot afford to ignore the Global South.2 Of course, turning a
blind eye to vaccine and drug access issues in the Global South would
