Labour Law and Industrial Relations: Bibliography of Journal Articles

Bibliography of Journal Articles
ALAN RYCROFT*
All too often labour lawyers neglect to investigate research done
in the allied field of industrial relations. This bibliography is an
attempt to draw attention to the diversity of research completed,
by lawyers, trade unionists and those in industrial relations, in
recognition of the need for a more holistic approach to labour
issues.
This selective bibliography of journal articles is arranged to
reflect material under different topics. The year of publication
determines the sequence of publications, rather than the authors'
names in alphabetic order; this approach highlights both the
evolution of debate on a particular topic as well as directing
attention to the most recent writing on that topic. The bibliogra-
phy generally covers the years 1981 to the present, but in some
instances goes back further.
