Petition of Hazen J. Burton, Jr. et al. for Revocation of Probate of Will
   of Ebenezer Smith, which Will was Admitted to Probate by
      Decree of Probate Court, November 17, 1864, and, on
          Appeal, by Decree ,of the Supreme Judicid
                 Court Oetober 5, 1865.

  Trial December 4, 10, II, 17,' 18 and 31, 1878, and January I, 7, 8,'14,
21, 22, 23 and 24, 1879.   '.

        Petition dismissed by the Couzt January 31, I879.
