ORDERS, RECORDS AND RULINGS.

The Stockholders and Creditors of all companies, and
especially the American Inventors, should read the Laws and
Rulings in this case and learn how a receiver can convert the
assets and patents of a solvent corporation to himself for the
consideration of one dollar by forgery as recorded in the U. S.
Patent Office.
All receivers, lawyers and judges can refer to this case as a
precedent, as it is the law until the receiver accounts and the for-
gery is expunged from the Records in the U. S. Patent Office.
It would not be possible to give an estimate of the cost of
this litigation since it has been in the hands of the receiver (from
189o to 1905) which stopped the sale of Foreign Patents for
the sum of $300,000 and destroyed the stockholders' and credit-
ors' right in the United States-by state writs of injunctions.
The receiver's counsel, P. M. Brown, has offered the Foreign
Patents for sale in his own name as personal owner.
Many times I have left my home not knowing if I could re-
turn, being in contempt and legally dead subject to laws that
would imprison me indefinitely.
Although being legally dead, they moved in open court to
have me attached for contempt for calling a meeting of the stock-
holders without an order from the court while under a state writ
of injunction.
