handle is hein.psc/yukon2018 and id is 1 raw text is: CHAPTER 1 INTERIM SUPPLY APPROPRIATION ACT 2018-19 CHAPITRE 1 4, (Assented to March 22, 2018) Whereas it appears by message from the Commissioner and in the estimates accompanying the message that the sums mentioned in Schedule A of this Act are required for the purpose of defraying certain expenses of the public service of Yukon and for related purposes for the period from April 1, 2018 to April 30, 2018; The Commissioner of Yukon, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly, enacts as follows 1 From and out of the consolidated revenue fund there may be paid and applied a sum not exceeding in the whole $213,771,000 for defraying the several charges and expenses of the public service of Yukon payable in the period from April 1, 2018 to April 30, 2018, as set forth in Schedule A of this Act, and that sum shall not be paid or applied except in accordance with Schedules A and B, the Financial Administration Act and, subject to that Act, the estimates accompanying the message from the Commissioner. 2 The due application of all monies paid or applied pursuant to section 1 shall be accounted for.
