                                 No. 18-556

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED
                                  STATES

                            STATE OF KANSAS,

                                             Petitioner,

                                     V.

                 REQUIREMENT OF A JOINT APPENDIX

Pursuant to Rules 21 and 26.8 of the Rules of this Court, Petitioner State of

appendix in this case. Counsel for Respondent has authorized undersigned counsel

to represent that Respondent concurs in this motion.
