conducting  and managing of corporations doing business in
  Texas  (excepting insurance, banking and railway cor-
  porations), including the United States excise tax act
    of 1909 and regulations of the United States Internal
    RevenueDepartment   concerning the same, together
      with court decisions and rulings of the State
      departments  relative thereto; also form for
        corporate calendar. Especially adapted to
        the  use of stockholders, officials, agents
          and employes of such corporations, who
          are the persons most deeply interested
            and upon  whom  the penalties are
            visited in  case of  their non-
                       observance.
