                          We have our work cut out for us. The Fifth
                          Circuit reinstated Texas's social media law last
                          month. By almost any measure, the law is
                          flagrantly unconstitutional. Of course, that's if we
                          use precedent to conclude what our rights are. If
                          ideology is the measure for deciding cases-the
                          Fifth Circuit cleared that very flexible hurdle.
