  In the Matter of the Estate of A. & B. HAINES.
    r      Whereas, Robert F. Christy, assignee of
    L. S.  the estate aforesaid, did, on the 18th day
    -,-i   of December, one thousand eight hun-
  dred and forty-nine, file in the office of the Protho-
  notary ofthe Court if Common Pleas for the county
  of Philadelphia, his account as assignee of the said
  estate :
    NOTICE   is hereby given to the creditors of the
 said A. & B. Haines, and all others interested in
 the said estate, that the Honorable the Judges of
 the  Court of Common   Pleas aforesaid, have ap.
 pointed SATURDAY, the 12th day of January,
 one thousand eight hundred and fifty, at ten o'clock
 in the forenoon, for the hearing of the same, and
 for showing cause why the said account ought not
 to be allowed, and in default thereof the same will
 be confirmed.
    Witness, the Honorable Edward King, President
      of our said Court at Philadelphia, the 18th
      day of December, 1849.

  In the matter of the estate of JOHN SAVAGE.
  S-       Whereas, George Rundell and William
  L.  S.  Griffith, trustees of the estate aforesaid,
  -       did, on the 27th day of December, one
  thousand eight hundred and forty-nine, file in the
  office of the Prothonotary of the Court of Common
  Pleas for the county of Phladelphia, their aecount
  as trustees of the said estate.
  Notice is hereby given to the creditors of the said
  John Savage, and all others interested in the said
  estate, that the Honorable the Judges of the Court
  of Common Pleas aforesaid, have appointed Satur-
  day, the 26th day of January, one thousand eight
  hundred and fifty, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for
  the hearing of the same, and for showing cause why
  the said account ought not to be allowed, and in
  default thereof the same will be confirmed.

  NOTICE.-A Petition for  Discharge and Certifi-
eate under  the Bankrupt Law, has been filed by
JOHN ERHARDT, Teacher, late Cap Manufac-
turer, of Philadelphia-and FRIDAY, the 29th day
of March  next (1850), at 11 o'clock, A. M., is ap-
pointed for the hearing thereof, before the said
Court  sitting in Bankruptcy, at the District Court
Room,  in the city of Philadelphia, when and where
the creditors of the said petitioner, who have proved
their debts, and other persons in interest, may ap.
pear and show cause, if any they have, why such
discharge and certificate should not be granted.

 whereas, the proceeds of said sale have been paid
