  - Whereas, Charles Chauncey, Trustee of
  L. S.  the estate of Charles Macalester and
         %Vife, did, on the 15th day of December,
A  D one thousand eight hundred and forty-eight,
file in the office of the Prothonotary of the Court
of Conuon   Pleas for the city and county of Phi-
ladelphia, his account as trustee of the said estate,
and also his petition praying to be discharged from
the said Trust.
  NOTICE   is hereby given to the creditors of the
said Charles Macalester and Wife, and all others
interested, that the Honourable the Judges of the
Court of Common  Pleas aforesaid, have appointed
SATURDAY, the 13th day of   January, A  D one
thousand eight hundred  and forty-nine, at ten
o'clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the same,
and for showing cause why the said account ought
not to be allowed, and the said trustee discharged
from the said trust. And in default thereof the
same will be confirmed, and the said trustee dis-
charged from the said trust.
  Witness the Honourable Edward  King,  Presi-
    dent of our said Court at Philadelphia, the
    19th day of December, 1848.

   John M'Closkcy, owner,  F   June  Term,
     or reputed owner, and |     A. D. 1848.
  Thos. Willits, Contractor, J    No. 225.
  Whereas,  By virtue of the above writ of Levari
Facias, the Sheriff of said County did, on the third
dnay of July, A. D. 1,48, sell the following real
estate, to wit-
  All that certain three story brick building, and
lot or piece of ground and curtilage appurtenant
thereto, situate on the west side of Ontario street,
at the distance of two hundred and nine feet eight
inches and seven.eighths of an inch northward
from the north side of Parish street, in the district
of Spring Garden-containing in front or breadth
on said Ontario street sixteen feet, and extending
in length or depth westward between parallel lines
at right angles with said Ontario street fifty-seven
feet.
  And  whereas, the proceeds arising from said
sals have been paid into said court.
  Notice is hereby given under the rule or order
of said court in such cases made and provided, that
all persons having claims upon, or interested in
said proceeds of sale, are required to meet on SA-
TURDAY the 13th day of January, A. D. 1849,
at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, in the District Court
Room,  No. 2, at the corner of Chestnut and Sixth
streets, in the city of Philadelphia, then and there
to present their claims to the Prothonotary of said
court, and choose an Auditor to adjust the same,
and appropriate said proceeds according to law, or
be debarred from all claims upon the same.

 Wilmer,  executors of Jane Rose, deceased, and
 trustees under her will, will meet all persons inte-
 rested in the purposes of his appointment on FRI-
 DAY,  Januairy 5, 1849, at 4 o'clock, P. M., at his
