 tives of said Lydia Ellis, deceased, to be and appear at
 an Orphans' Court to be held at Doyestown, in and for
 the county of Bucks, on the 1st day of February next, at
 ten o'clock in the forenoon, and then and there accept
 or refuse the said real estate at the valuation returned
 thereof, or showv cattse (If any they have) why the said
 real estate shall not be sold by order of the Orphans'
 Court for the benefit of all the heirs, agreeably to law.
