 Artificial intelligence has arrived, and the legal profession is not
   immune.  The seeds of AI have been implanted  in the world of
 alternative dispute resolution; however, its full impact is yet to be
                             realized.

  The  United  States  is a litigious society, in which residents
expend  almost $310 billion annually, or around $1,000 per person,
on  tort matters.1 This  statistic is partially caused by  lawyer
advertising, contingent fee agreements, and lawsuits perceived  as
being  beneficial for society.2 Regardless  of the  reason, court
backlogs  continue to grow, while people  seek ways  to accelerate
the  administration   of justice.3 Legal  technologies,  such   as
