DIGEST Protest challenging the agency's evaluation of the protester's proposal is denied where the record shows that the evaluation was reasonable and consistent with the terms of the solicitation. DECISION GAP Solutions, Inc., of Herndon, Virginia, protests the issuance of a task order to Serco Inc., of Herndon, Virginia, by the Department of the Army, Army Materiel Command, for a holistic health and fitness system in support of the Center for Initial Military Training, Army Training and Doctrine Command. The protester challenges the agency's evaluation of its proposal and the selection decision. We deny the protest.
