Protest challenging agency's technical evaluation is denied where the agency evaluated
the proposals in accordance with the terms of the solicitation.
DECISION
ICF Incorporated, LLC, of Reston, Virginia, protests the issuance of a task order to
General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT), of Falls Church, Virginia, under
task order request (TOR) No. 47QFCA23ROO73, issued by the General Services
Administration (GSA) for Assisted Service Shared Information System (ASSIST)
modernization and maintenance services. The protester challenges the agency's
evaluation and award decision.
We deny the protest.
BACKGROUND
The agency issued the RFP on November 14, 2023, under the GSA Alliant 2
governmentwide acquisition contract vehicle and pursuant to Federal Acquisition
