We appreciate your interest and concern and greatly appreciate your support of our efforts in this area. Debts arise from a host of Federal activities, including tax assessments, sale of Government services and goods, over- payments to veterans and annuitants, and various loan programs such as student and housing loans. Most of these debts are paid routinely.
