Of our total operating budget for fiscal year 1969 of $59.6 million, over $30.1 million, or 50.5 percent is related to defense programs and activities. The allocation of our resources in the accounting, auditing, and legal and other related functions is slightly in excess of that portion of defense spending of the total Federal budget, some 43 percent.
