DECISION Office Design Group, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) located in Irvine, California, protests the award of multiple indefinite-delivery, indefinite- quantity (IDIQ) contracts by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Strategic Acquisition Center, under request for proposals (RFP) Nos.
