the solicitation's evaluation criteria.
DECISION

First Financial Associates, Inc. (FFA), of Lithonia, Georgia, protests the award of a
contract to FEEA Childcare Services, Inc. (FEEA) of Alexandria, Virginia, under request
for proposals (RFP) No. HSSS01-17-R-0012, issued by the Department of Homeland
Security, United States Secret Service, to administer the agency's child care subsidy
program (CCSP). FFA challenges the agency's technical and price evaluations and
source selection decision.

We deny the protest.
