DIGEST Protest challenging the agency's evaluation of the protester's quotation is denied where the record shows it was consistent with the solicitation and applicable statutes and regulations; allegations concerning the evaluation of the awardee's quotation need not be addressed because the record shows that the protester was not prejudiced by any errors in this regard.
