DECISION Sevl Tech, Inc., of Woodbridge, Virginia, protests the issuance of a task order to Amyx, Inc., of Reston, Virginia, under task order request (TOR) number GSC-QFOB-16-32998, issued by the General Services Administration (GSA), for mission support services for the Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Agency (JIDA). The protester challenges the agency's evaluation of proposals and the selection decision. We deny the protest.
