(TCS), of Annapolis, Maryland, protests the issuance of a task order to DataPath, Inc., of Duluth, Georgia, under request for task execution plans (RTEP) $4G-035, issued by the Department of the Army, Army Materiel Command (Army), for satellite communication support services. TCS challenges the evaluation of the task execution plans (TEPs) and the selection decision. We deny the protest.
