DECISION Telos Corporation, of Ashburn, Virginia, protests the Department of the Army's issuance of a task order to NetCentrics Corporation, of Herndon, Virginia, under request for quotations (RFQ) No. W52P1 J-1 5-R-CASD, for computing and application services to support the United States Army Information Technology Agency (USAITA), Operations (OPS) Computing and Applications Services Division (CASD). Telos asserts that the agency unreasonably evaluated proposals. We deny the protest.
