DIGEST Protest challenging the agency's evaluation of the protester's and awardee's technical proposals is denied where the evaluation was reasonable and consistent with the stated evaluation criteria, and reflected equal treatment of the vendors. DECISION CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP (CLA), of Calverton, Maryland, protests the issuance of a task order by the Department of the Interior (DOI), Acquisition Services Directorate, to Kearney & Company, P.C.1 of Alexandria, Virginia, under request for quotation (RFQ) No. D1 6PS00035 for financial statement and performance audit services for the National Science Foundation (NSF), Office of Inspector General (OIG). CLA challenges the agency's evaluation and source selection decision.
