Protest alleging that agency improperly evaluated the protester's price is denied where the protester failed to provide all of the pricing information required under the solicitation, which was necessary to calculate the price the protester claims it intended. 2. Challenge to the agency's evaluation of the protester's quote is denied where the record shows that the evaluation was reasonable and consistent with the solicitation's evaluation factors. (Federated), of Washington, D.C., a small business, protests the issuance of a task order to Qbase, LLC (Qbase), of Reston, Virginia, under Request for Quotes (RFQ) No. ITSCT01 8, issued by the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for services related to the design, installation, and deployment of information technology (IT) cabling infrastructure.
