DIGEST Protest challenging the agency's evaluation of the protester's proposal as technically unacceptable is denied where the agency reasonably found that the protester's proposal failed to adequately demonstrate that it met the requirements of the technical approach subfactor. DECISION Agile Defense, Inc., of Fairfax, Virginia, protests the award of a contract to Advanced Systems Development, Inc. (ASD), of Alexandria, Virginia, under request for proposals (RFP) No. HC1047-13-R-4000, issued by the Department of Defense, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) for information technology (IT) services in support of the Joint Staff (JS) Directorate for Command, Control, Communications and Computers/Cyber (J6) and the JS Information Network enclaves.'
