          1. Protest challenging the agency's evaluation of the awardee's technical proposal is
          denied where the awardee submitted a technically acceptable proposal that was
          consistent with the terms of the solicitation.

          2. Protest challenging the agency's evaluation of the awardee's proposed price and
          past performance is denied where the record shows that the agency's evaluations
          were reasonable.
          DECISION

          Nova Technologies, of Panama City, Florida, protests the award of a contract by the
          Department of the Air Force to Spiral Solutions and Technologies, Inc., of Omaha,
          Nebraska, under request for proposals (RFP) No. FA8217-10-R-5022 for mission
          planning support services. Nova challenges the agency's evaluation of Spiral's
          technical and price proposals.


We deny the protest.
