Mr. Mahaffey sold his Winthrop Harbor residence in

area map submitted to us indicates that Zion is only approxi-
mately 3.5 miles from Winthrop Harbor. fie is claiming
reimbursement of expenses in the amount of $7,033,19 incurred
in the sale of his Winthrop flarbor residence and $3,615 for
