Inventive Packaging Corporation requests reconsid- eration of our decision in Inventive Packaging Corpora- tion, B-214578, Aug. 10, 1984, 84-2 CPD . That d ision was rendered in response to an expression of interest from the United States District Court for the District of Colorado in connection with Civil Action No. 84-A-1365. It is our policy not to decide matters where, as here, the material issues are before a court of compe- tent jurisdiction.
