     King-Fisher Company requests reconrideratiton of
our deciion in KirwiFisherCqpiny     B-2050!.3, June 16,
1982, 82-1 CPD   - whereln woi-di- issed in part and
denied in part K3ing-Visher's protest against specifina-
tion requirements and matters of responsibility in
connection with invitation fpr bids (IFB) No. DABT-23-
81-B-1039, issued by the United States Army.  King-Fisher
essentially disagrees with our decision.

     King-isher's request for reconsideration is
untimely,

     Our Did Protest Procrdures, 4 CF.TR. 521.9(b)(1982),
require  that requests for reconcideration be filed
within 10 working days after t1e basis for reconsideration
is known or slhould have been known.

     King-Fisher's request, however, was filed on July 21,
1982, more than 24 working days after issuance of our
decislon. We assume that a protester will receive a
decision not later than 1 calendar week after its issu-
ance. See Dillon Supply Compny; Department ofFner -
fReouest-for ReconsidorationfB--A937,, January 19, 1982,
82-1 iPD 41. sin'e the reconsideration request is based
on disagreement with our decision, and since the request
was not filed within the 10 day period provided for under
our Bid Protest Procedures, it is dismitsed.  1
