stands for Ehe Department of Commerce.

ber 3, 1978.

     The award was made to Ohiocraft on October 4, 1978,
inothe amountgof $45..35.0. By letter dated November 14,
1978, OhiocraftX inQ-r:'red the contracting officer that
it had made a mistbh: :in its-bid. Ohiocraft thereafter
submitted evidence as requiIed by Federal Procurement
