A request was made for reconsideration of the prior
denial of a Army sember*s claim for readjustment pay. Reserve
Warrant Officer's request to remain on active duty was
erroneously Genied. After his release with entitlement to
readjustment pay, he made expenditures which he could not meet
when his release and readjustment pay was canceled. There was no
legal basis for p:ying the claim, nor were there such unusual
elements as to justify recourse to Congress under the
