You will recall that in the course of our audit we noted that certain incidental services were purchased under the INFONET contract which should have been pro- cured by other means. The enclosed summary describes our observations. Because the General Services Administration (GSA) is responsible for the administration of the INFONET con- tract, we are forwarding a copy of this letter and the summary to them. Again, we would like to acknowledge the courtesy and assistance extended to us by your staff during our audit.
