A survey was conducted to identify all facility acquisition activity centers in the rederal Government and to prepare -n index of this information for internal use. In conducting the survey, the Office of Federal Procurement Policy .OFPP) asked Federal agen~cies whether they financed direct Federal construction, federally assisted cc¢nstruction programs, or both. The agencies were then contacted to determine specicically what construction functions they perform. Findings/Conclusions: Indexes are provided cf agencies perfo~cming construction function activities for direct Federal cons4ructlon, including the kind of direct coastzucticn perfored and the approximate percentage of each kind, and for agencies financing federally Assisted constructicn.
