This message reports six new deferrals. We have reviewed these deferrals and found them to be in accordance with the Impoundment Control Act, 2 U.S.C. § 681, as amended by the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Reaffirmation Act, Pub. L. No. 100-119, 101 Stat. 754, 785-786 (1987). Enclosure I provides specific information about three impoundments, including one with respect to which a revision in the amount has not yet been reported to the Congress, which we believe may be useful to the Congress in its examination of this message.
