This spe- cial message proposed a revision to two previously trans- mitted deferrals increasing the amounts deferred by $13.7 million as follows: DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE - Military D80-9B Miltary Construction This special message reports this deferral as involving approximately $57.4 million. Our review of this deferral shows that there have been changes in the amounts deferred from various accounts included in the deferral due to releases by the Office of Management and Budget. Accordingly, the amount shown as deferred in D80-9B should be $37,384,000 instead of $57,391,015.
