         -'he Stationery Roolving Fund of the Houte of
Representatives is administered by the Office Supply Serice
under the jurisdiction cf the Clerk cf the House. funds
appropriated to the House of Representative-s fcr dembersO
stationery allowances are transterrt d to the Fund. The Office
Supply Service lurnishes Hcuse Members, committees, departments,
and officers with stationerT and supplies at cost° Purchases by
aembers are charged against their allJcance accouLts, and
purchases by coauittees, departments, and officers must be
approved by the Chairman of the House Committee on Bouse
Administration. Findings/Conclusioms: A minicomputer has been
installed at the Office Supply Service which sbovld resolve
several of the inventory ccntrol problems commented on in
previous reports. An audit was made in accordance with the
Comptroller General's standards for auditing 2inancial
transactions, accounts, and reports of governlental activities.
The financial statements were prepared on a basis consisteit
with that of the precediug year and present fairly the financial
position of the Stationery Revolving fund at June 30, 1977, and
June 30, 1976, the results of it operations, and changes in it,
financial position for the fiscal years then ended. [ES)
