A review of the audit Leport of the Big Brothers of
America for the year endea December 31, 1976, indicated that the
audit and financial reporting requirements of Public Law 88-504
had been met. Findings/conclusions: The audit report of this
federally chartered corporation, which was prep-red by a firm of
certified public accountants, included a statement of the scope
of the audit and the auditor's opinion that the financial
statements presented fairly the financial position of the Big
Brothers of America at December 31, 1976, and the results of
operations and changes in fund balances for the year then ended
in ccnformity with generally accepted accounting principles
