        mobile home incident to a canceled triasfer of station whih had been

        Harquatte,   ichigan, which was to be effoctive April 5, 1971, Hr. Peck
        perforiud a howo hunting trip and gave his landlord 30 days notice that
        ha would ba vdCating his aohile home rental spcca, On April 2, 1971p
        lIr. Peck was .nformcd that his transfer wan canceled, Diu1e 1r. Psck'n
        mobile hae spzcc had already bean reuted to anothr person, ho oras
        required to wova his obile homo. Mr. Peck submitted a travel vouchar
        for $l,194.25. Your agency paid items totaling 469t06 and disallowed
        tht difforeucs ,,f $505.19. The disallowance of $505s19 cowlets of an
        Item of 016.64 t prcoentin& Lrnleage and iteria totalinn $408.55 incident
        to the relocation of the mobilo home,    tr. Peck-'s reclaim vouchor for'
        $505.19 was stbmitted to our Office for a dcterminatlon as nto hsther it
        could be certiiLed for paym.ent. Ater a careful Qxinuatlon of alt S.temra
        olai ed and the governing regulations in Office of lhiamcemont and Budget.
