      7301-R-21-873p reqimsting reconelderation and review of two
      doa!uctioa actions taken from rQvenuas otherwise payable to your
      corporation taken in ccnmection io.th a shipment of electronic
      equipment from the General. Electrit Componyx Syracuse, New Yrk,
      to Eglin Air Force Ba, Florida, T/he shipment was m% a com-
      mrcil bill of lading and in connection 'I4th which shipwcnt
      Govarnment bill of lading D-086089 subsequently also wlas issued.
      The first deduction In the cum of 674.55 van affected on
      September 3, 19694 Thc second deduction in the sum of $1,743
      you say, was made on July 24, 1973.

           In order to doterwins if the necond reported deduction of
      $1,743 was propor, we must first review the legal basis of the
      earlier deduction of $674.55. This initial deduction revulted

      overcharge was issued for the difference between the two raten,
