      Reference is awde to your letter of June 1, 1972, requesting to be
  odvised vith regard to the travel voucher of %L. Robert Ht. Pattersor for
  ileage from Austin to Denton, Texas, and with regard also to Mr. Jou E.
    hol' voucher for mileage and per dium in connection with travel between
    'tin, Denton, and Dallas, Texas. The travel ezpenses involved arise in
 conection with 4r. Patterson's Injuiy while on temporary duty assient in
    tin, Texas. Mr. .afterson and Xr. Kucholt are aemloyeas of the Genieral
 counting Office and their per.wqnent duty station is Dnllas, Twvaa.

 ,   You indicate that on April 15, 1972, while on temporary duty in Austin,

 64.w.,, April 19. It Appears froa the voucher submitted that Mr. Mucholz
 #Pont the night of the 13th at his permanent duty etation, Dallas. In com-
 Aection vith that travel. fr. Kucholz claimed and was paid per diemi and
 Rilege fbr travel to and from. Austin. In viev of the fact that Mr. Kucholz
 :eformed so official buainess from 4 p.m., April 18, umtil 6 p.m., April 19,

     While Hr. Patterson was beaU  driven to Denton by Mr. JMucholz,
