                      The Committee on the Judiciary, to whom was referred the bill
                    (H.R. 923) to establish an Unsolved Crimes Section in the Civil
                    Rights Division of the Department of Justice, and an Unsolved
                    Civil Rights Crime Investigative Office in the Civil Rights Unit of
                    the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and for other purposes, having
                    considered the same, reports favorably thereon with an amendment
                    and recommends that the bill as amended do pass.
