                      The  Committee   on  Veterans' Affairs, to whom  was  referred the
                    bill (H.R. 2201) to amend  title 38, United States Code, to improve
                    claims, made  under  laws administered  by the Secretary of Veterans
                    Affairs, regarding military sexual trauma,  and  for other purposes,
                    having  considered  the  same,  reports favorably  thereon  with  an
                    amendment and recommends that the bill as amended do pass.
