                      The  Committee  on Energy  and  Commerce,  to whom   was referred
                    the bill (H.R. 1402) to require sellers of event tickets to disclose
                    comprehensive  information  to consumers about ticket prices and re-
                    lated fees, and for other purposes, having considered the same, re-
                    ports favorably thereon without  amendment   and  recommends   that
                    the bill do pass.
