                    bill (H.R. 9461) to amend  the Internal Revenue  Code  of 1986 to

                    ganizations providing workforce  training, having considered  the
                    same,  reports favorably thereon  with  an  amendment   and  rec-
                    ommends  that the bill as amended do pass.
